We are SEVEN talented industry professionals with a combined 50+ years of experience in the restaurant world. Based out of Connecticut, the seven of us have decided to collaborate and start a new business called:

The Hospitality Collective (THC for short)

 

We spend years of our lives bleeding, sweating and crying for someone else’s fortune. THC’s ultimate goal is to change that and help the industry, and individuals, continue to flourish. Together, our blood, sweat and tears are our equity and our opportunity to better each other in the hospitality industry.

 

     The Hospitality Collective exists to express the best of the hospitality industry through creative events, coaching, consulting and restaurant concept development while investing time, talent and treasure into entrepreneurs and those in the industry who need a hand-up partner to help develop their career and dreams. This two-fold approach -- investing in others while investing in ourselves -- will yield creativity, profits and exciting concepts that we are proud to be a part of...together as THC and with others in our industry. Our fundamental plan is to build the “collective” and develop a bigger community of people who also want to invest their time and money to help others grow. We are good and talented hospitality people who want to invest in other good and talented people.
